This is it, honey. The Big Love.

Not because it is perfect, or effortless, or untouched by fear, but because it feels real in a way I know I will spend my life being grateful for.

I think this is the love we were waiting for before we knew each other’s names. The one that makes the old aches feel worth it. The one that turns all the almosts into a road that somehow led here.

I promise to keep learning you. Not just the easy, visible parts, but the quiet, hidden parts too. I promise to listen when you tell me what hurts, what matters, what you need, and what you dream about. I promise to reflect instead of retreating, to apologize when I miss the mark, and to let love make me braver, softer, and more honest.

I want to grow with you in the ordinary ways: making dinner, missing flights, folding laundry, changing plans, choosing patience, building trust, kissing in kitchens, and finding our way back to each other again and again.

This is the big love. The steady one. The once-in-a-lifetime one.
